I Heart Sunny Days.

No classes today. Thank God.

If only the DepEd announced the suspension of classes earlier I could have went to bed earlier last night. I was doing OUR math project, and I finished it around 1:45. Well, I really don't want to do it without their help but my 3 members were absent, THEY WERE FRIGGIN' SICK. Am I a bacteria or a virus or what? :| My ever-so-religious mom said that God was testing me [wtf?].

No classes again tomorrow, and I am definitely not happy. If this will happen again the day after tomorrow, fuck we'll definitely fail science, WE ARE LEFT BEHIND compare to other sections. :|. Ms. Noble is teaching us 3+ topics in one meeting, HOW THE HELL CAN WE POSSIBLY LEARN AND ABSORB EVERYTHING IN JUST AN HOUR?!? Mr. Sonajo said that we'll have remedial classes with her, but is that enough?

"
MARAMING WIKA, MATATAG NA BANSA" (Free translation: A gift of tongues for a strong nation) This month's theme [buwan ng wika] we'll be composing an essay about it, I haven't done it yet. Talk about laziness. I'm too lazy to write essays, I don't take it seriously.

My feet hurts, Inataki ako ng muscle cramps kaninang umaga, nagising tuloy ako sumigaw ako ng pagkalakas lakas :)) sugod mga katulooong!! tulungan niyo ako!! :)). Er, my feet is somewhat aching again. :|

Why cramps happen [from the internet]

Although the exact cause of muscle cramps is unknown (idiopathic), some researchers believe inadequate stretching and muscle fatigue leads to abnormalities in mechanisms that control muscle contraction. Other factors may also be involved, including exercising or working in intense heat, dehydration and depletion of salt and minerals (electrolytes).

Stretching and muscle fatigue: Muscles are bundles of fibers that contract and expand to produce movement. A regular program of stretching lengthens muscle fibers so they can contract and tighten more vigorously when you exercise. When your body is poorly conditioned, you are more likely to experience muscle fatigue, which can alter spinal neural reflex activity. Overexertion depletes a muscle's oxygen supply, leading to build up of waste product and spasm. When a cramp begins, the spinal cord stimulates the muscle to keep contracting.

Just about everyone will experience a muscle cramp sometime in life. It can happen while you play tennis or golf, bowl, swim or do any exercise. It can also happen while you sit, walk or even just sleep. Sometimes the slightest movement that shortens a muscle can trigger a cramp.

I don't exercise, might be the reason. *flashback* after the end of the school year [06-07], our section [2-20] had a farewell party. When I dived in the pool [after hours of swimming], the ever-so-painful-cramps attacked me. I thought I was going to die :)), my classmates didn't noticed me drowning and no one can see me [THE GUYS WERE TOO SCARED TO GO TO THE DEEPEST PART OF THE POOL. HAHA. AND I WAS THERE.], good thing I know how to save myself since I attended swimming lessons before.

Hmm.. I'm bored, I'll be creating another art again using photoshop. I'm planning to create an art about the seven deadly sins [vanity, envy, gluttony, pride, lust, wrath, sloth]overused na to. Forms of suicide [hanging, cutting jumping off a building], that will take a year to finish since I'm planning to put my best on it [one deviation each deadly sin form]

Yes, I'm improving :)). I can use photoshop better than ever. HAHA. By the way, I'm planning to take visual communication on college but I cannot draw using pencil, AW :| but I can do it, I'll spend my sem break, Christmas vacation and summer attending Art Lessons . :)
